SafarWay FAQ

SafarWay Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers on quote requests, payment, cancellations, airports, luggage and private tourist transport with driver. For contractual detail, see the booking terms.

Booking and quotes

Send your journey by WhatsApp or email with pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage. WhatsApp is the most direct channel. The website form is a manual request: SafarWay checks availability and shares details and fare before confirmation.

Fares and payment

Payment is made in cash at the start of the journey, when you meet the driver. SafarWay does not accept card, online or bank transfer payment under the current policy.

Changes and cancellation

Yes. Cancellation is free. Contact SafarWay as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email so the booking can be removed from the schedule.

Airports

Provide your flight number when you request the service. SafarWay follows the reported flight status and adapts pickup to the reported arrival time, including delays. Stay reachable after landing; the meeting point may be confirmed with a shared location.

Journeys and stops

SafarWay serves many cities and airports in Morocco. Availability depends on the route, date, vehicle and type of service. Contact us to check your itinerary. Direct transfers to Merzouga are not offered as a standard route from Marrakech or Ouarzazate; multi-day private transport programmes may be reviewed on request.

Vehicles and groups

The vehicle is selected based on passenger count, luggage, route, service needs and availability.

Families, luggage and equipment

Yes. A child seat can be provided free of charge on prior request. Mention it when you enquire so SafarWay can arrange availability.

Communication and assistance

Yes. SafarWay is authorized for tourist transport and provides private transport with driver in Morocco.
